What to Expect During Your Visit

  • During your first visit, we’ll spend approximately 1.5 to 2 hours together. This allows us the time needed for a thorough assessment of both mom and baby, exploring all aspects of feeding, comfort, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll discuss your unique experiences, challenges, and goals, and create a personalized care plan that supports the health and success of your feeding journey.

Whether you're navigating breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both, I’m here to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

  • Follow-up visits are an important part of making sure you and your baby stay on track and continue making meaningful progress toward your feeding goals. These visits typically last at least 1 hour, giving us the time to revisit your care plan, evaluate what’s working well, and make any necessary adjustments.

Feeding challenges often evolve, and as your baby grows, their needs—and yours—can change. Follow-up care ensures that your plan continues to support the health, comfort, and well-being of both you and your baby, every step of the way.

This is dedicated time to check in, troubleshoot any new concerns, and keep you moving forward with confidence

  • Prenatal visits are a powerful way to prepare for feeding your baby before they even arrive. During this dedicated time, we’ll discuss what to expect in the early days of feeding, how to set realistic goals, and ways to navigate common challenges with confidence.

We’ll cover essential education tailored to your personal feeding plans—whether that’s breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or a combination—so you feel more informed, empowered, and at peace as you enter this new chapter.

The goal is to help you start your feeding journey feeling prepared, supported, and confident—ready to meet your baby’s needs and your own with calm assurance.
